We ship all orders via UPS or USPS and offer three levels of service:
We offer a wide range of products that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items will ship separately from other items in your order. Processing time for drop shipped products varies depending on the manufacturer, but typically add 2 to 3 business days.

Due to the seasonal and event based nature of our inventory, we may occasionally run out of stock of certain items before your order is processed. In cases where the item will not be reordered, we will cancel the item from your order. In cases where the item will be reordered, we will offer you the option of waiting for the item to come back into stock or canceling the item from your order.

We currently offer shipping to APO/DPO/FPO, USPS PO Boxes, and US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and more. Due to the unique nature of these addresses, all orders that are to shipped to these address types will ship Via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times for Priority are typically 2 to 3 business days. There may be an additional 1 to 2 days of processing for these orders.

Due to regulations, we are currently unable to ship directly to correctional facilities of any kind.

How does the international Checkout process work?
In your shopping cart you will have the option to proceed with International Checkout. If you are an international user, you must use this option. You will be directed through the FedEx Cross Border process. Once complete, FedEx Cross Border Checkout will place an order with us on your behalf. We will ship your products to their warehouse, where they will inspect the order and shipping to you.
Our standard return policy does not apply to international orders. All returns for international orders are covered under the FedEx Cross Border return policy. For more details regarding returns for international shippments, please contact FedEx Cross Border.
